We just bought a new Quick AS712 windlass off E-Bay but it didn't come with the manual. Anyone know a link on the web to get a PDF file or where I could order one?

Try this link, and then click on Windlasses under Quick Nautical Equipment. Find your model number of the listed Windlasses and click on it.
The manufacturing company is an Italian company and the manuals on this link are generally in Italian. Download the manual and if it does not help, request a manual in English.

When you get to this link, please take time to read the table of contents, and you will find that the manual is written in 4 different languages and GB...is the English chapter...Great Brit , I presume.

Thanks everyone for the help, I now have the manual and as soon as I receive the windlass I can install it. It will make anchoring over my fishing hot spots a whole lot easier.
