Woops! I failed to mention that that quote for a single 90HP 4 Stroke also included a 15HP 4 Stroke kicker plus controls and hydraulic steering. That's a big omittion and I'm sorry. I could do a lot of the work myself but I've developed some physical problems that make it hard to climb in and under some of the boats hideaways. I'm good for 3-4 hours of yard work and I'm done and pay for it the next day and I love yard work. I love this boat too. I wash her down, wax her sometimes and take care of the teak, batteries and some engine maintenance but beyond that I have problems.
Thanks for the reponse.

Dick,
While that sounds spendy I know it isn't. When you include the installation that sounds like it is right in there. I would make sure to get the High Thrust version of that 15hp. You will be glad to have the extra control!
Just to make you feel better, I was quoted $12k to purchase a new Engine/Outdrive on my 27' WITHOUT installation! And $15K for a Honda 225 without installation or Armstrong Bracket/ fiberglass work!
Guess I'll be getting that $1500 Long block from Napa! _________________ Gary Johnson
