where is davis bar in or???

From reading other fishing sites it sounds like davis bar and the williamate river are kicking out fish. Where is the davis bar??

The Davis Bar is on the Washington side of the Columbia River just across from where the Willamette River enters. We went through there today, but didn't fish. Actually, there weren't that many boats in that area at the time we went through. I guess we should learn what works in this part of the river and start fishing.

here a copy of one post about davis bar.


"I sat down this morring at davis bar at about 5:30 a.m. was 5th boat there and did not take things long to get hot! I how ever did not get a fish but a buddy of mine got 2 really nice ones and i saw anywhere from 15-18 maybe even 20 fish caught today by the time I left and 1:00 p.m. maybe me and my fishen partner will pick one up tomarrow. "
