My name’s Amy. My husband Patrick and I have a cabin on Herron Island in South Puget Sound that’s been in our family since 1976, and we’ve been dreaming about owning a C-Dory for many years. We’re now actively searching for a 19′ Angler, ideally 2020 or newer, but we’re open to earlier models in excellent condition.
Here’s what we’re hoping to find:
• 90 hp 4-stroke outboard (low hours preferred)
• Clean, solid hull
• Good trailer
• Some basic electronics (GPS, VHF, etc.) would be a bonus
We’re based in the Seattle area and are happy to travel anywhere in the PNW (WA, OR, ID, BC) for the right boat. If you’re thinking of selling or know of one coming available, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reply here or send me a private message through the forum if you have a lead or any questions.
Thanks so much — we’re excited to become part of the C-Dory family!

Finding a 19 of that vintage is probably going to be difficult. I would broaden my search for any 19 (or 18 if one of those rare birds came up). You can always upgrade power to 90--although most will be a 90 hp. The only difference between a 22 angler and the 19 is not a lot. All of the hulls since 1987 of the 22 or 19 are going to be the same design and specs. If well cared for an older boat is just as good as a newer one. I have seen some newer boats which have been abused, I would not consider.
Good luck in your search--watch the C Dory Facebook, the Craigs list and Boats.com daily--as well as this site. _________________ Bob Austin

There's one posting in the dealer section, nearly matches your request except it's in Cali.
