The inside cockpit cover broke off and is lost. It is white plastic fitting. I found Marine East Boat Thru Hull 6740w 1 1/2". It does have the flat surface that is toward the floor. Does anyone have experience with this and do you think this is the correct one for our 25'? Shocked

Here's the part I found when one of my scupper drains self-destructed:

Not sure if that's what you're referring to or how much it's changed from 2007 to 2013. It wasn't an exact match (the length was slightly different), but it did fit and worked.

The short answer is yes, the Marine East Boat Thru Hull 6740w 1 1/2" will fit. The one that LesR mentioned will fit also and it's part metal.

Your choice.

I replaced my factory, cheap, rubber flap scuppers the first week I owned my boat before even putting it in the water. I used the ping pong ball type, very happy with them. The hole pattern was almost a perfect match, such that I didn't need to drill any holes.

'There may be some confusion in this thread, because the early boats had the scuppers out the transom, the later boats, had scuppers which drained to the side of the boat. I believe the transition was in the 2005 era, but it could be a year earlier.

My 2012 boat does drain out the stern.
I did see the plug with the stainless cover and thought that might give it a nice look. I will get 2 of those and just replace both at the same time.
Thanks for the replies.

Forgot to mention. Don't forget to replace the hoses and clamps. Your boat is 10 years old and it'll be a lot easier to take apart.

I did order the scuppers with the ss on the inlet. The hole in the fiberglass has to be made bigger and it has to be offset since it is close to the deck. What is the best way to grind away the fiberglass since I can't use the jigsaw.

Dremel rotary grinder. Use the sanding tool to finish and a metal cutter to enlarge the hole. I'd get the power cord model. The battery one will need to be recharged.

Make sure that the new fitting is the same hose size as the old one. When I changed the scuppers, the new one had a hose size identical to the old one. Else you'll have to change the overboard fitting in the boat hull to match the new fitting. And you don't want to do that.

I'll probably use my Dremel with a sanding bit. Not rocket science.

Often a flexible shaft on either the Dremel Tool, or the larger and more powerful Root Zip motor, with the flexible shaft. I have air powered die grinders whichI use. Smaller, cooler, and more powerful. The die grinder is cheap--The compressor and tank is not, but there are many uses for them. If possible fill the balsa or plywood (if either are in the core). I believe you said the scupper drained out aft (as it did on my 2003 boat, but to the side on my 2007 boat.

A bit vs drum sander, depends on how much you have to removed. The die grinder and a 1/4" flexible shaft will take a larger drum sander which is just under the size of the finished hole. That will give a much smoother hole than trying to use the small drum or bit on the Dremel Tool.

The electric Dremel with sanding disc and rough paper did the job and fast. Lot's of dust.
The part is longer than the OEM so I cut off some of the tubing. Tubing was replaced a year or so ago. I used a flexible sealer so there wouldn't be any leakage. The 1 1/2" tubing was the same as OEM.
The ss looks good in the cockpit. CoolSmile
