Tomorrow at 1200 HRS is the opening of the Everett Boat Show. Approx. 60 Boat Dealers will be there. (Doesn't look like C-Dory will be there... ...at least they are not listed as one of the vendors).
I'm going to go tomorrow and see if I can find some kind of "boat jewelry" that I can't do without.

Ok - I worked the show today from 4pm 'till closing (8pm) and NO ONE stopped by to say hello (at the USCG Aux booth). I am already a little tired of the racing ducks! (our booth is directly across from the ducks )
Humm!!!!

Just got back from the Everett boat show.
Nice small show!!
Mac---I'm sorry that I didn't know you were there. The music was so loud that we passed by the 'duck race' area and headed on down the hall. Are you going to be there again?
We looked at Twin Vee catamarans, Glacier Bay cats, and of course the Tom Cat. No C-Dorys, but the Cape Cruiser was there.
Glacier Bay cats seem very seaworthy but I like the interior of the Tom Cat better. The Twin Vee cats have a sharper hull entry and the hulls are foam filled and the cockpit floor is sealed.(no hatches and no access to the plastic fuel tanks)
Well, dinner calls, |

Hey, Mac, sorry no one stopped by! I sure would have. Even if I didn't know you or Two Lucky Fish. Thanks for your time today. |

Larry, we looked for you but didn't see you. Mac, didn't know that you were going to be there. (However, as Tom stated, we left before you got there). Gotta agree the TC 255 is MUCH better than the glacier bay. There were 2 Glacier Bays there and the larger of the two was (if I'm not mistaken) a 27' and it was less spacious than the TC 255. The dealer from Mt. Vernon that was showing the TC 255 had heard of the C-Brat site, but had not logged on. (The vessel he had on display had a nice looking rear (cockpit) helm). |

OK. I must admit the ducks were a little distracting.
No - I'm done with booth duty for this show - I'm gonna get Two Lucky Fish back in the water today so I can cruise tomorrow to Poulsbo.
We did have a few people stop at the booth - mostly for class info to get the card that meets Washington State Requirement (starting next year for <20yr olds, and phasing in for most of the rest over the next several years). Oh, and a few for Vessel Exams
