Just picked up my 1991 C-Dory 21’ Pro Angler. Interesting, the motor capacity is 140 HP according to the sticker on the dash. ?? Thanks Jamison Thomas _________________ 1991 C-Dory 21’ Pro-Angler |

Welcome aboard, and congratulations on the purchase. Is this the boat which was in Deland FL?
Ask the administrators for an album so you can post some photos. The Pro Angler is a very rare boat. (Da Nag and TyBoo are the administrators). _________________ Bob Austin

pictures or it never happened. There was one in this area that was a open top but with windshield and powered by a jet. How much v does your hull have? _________________ Thomas J Elliott

That's the stock anchor roller from what I can tell. The size and type of anchor you are going to want will depend on where and what type of anchoring you are going to be doing. The anchor roller can be easily change out if the anchor that is best suited to your needs doesn't fit or work well with that roller.
The type of bottom where you are anchoring and the depth will determine what you need. Also if there is current, ect.... Lots of variables.
That is a cool boat. Has a lot more vee than my 22 cruiser. _________________ Clay on Hammerhead

Quote: | Can anyone tell me what type, size anchor goes with this anchor roller bracket? Look at other pics to see bracket |
Any of the standard anchors will work well there. A 14" Delta, one of the Ronca, Mantus or Manson Supreme's in the similar size will work. A Fortress FX 7 is also a possible choice.
What is the bottom like where you will be anchoring most of the time? I see you are PA. Lakes or Salt water? How much fetch will there be? |

That is a great looking boat. I bet that deeper v hull is good in the chop and tracks better then a flatter cdory hull. |
