hoping to get an album and post some picts. After first summer with our 22 commuter we did a good job of filling the freezer and are still eating fish usually weekly. I am holding off on the full 2019 fish haul report for now hoping to do it proper with photos. |

C Sniper, glad to hear that you are doing well with your C-Dory purchase. Isn't it great that these boats can give you reliable safety while on the water, are economical to operate and put the owner in areas to gather a feast from what the Ocean offers in the form of fish, crab or shrimp etc. Looking forward to the following pictures. Be safe while traveling on the water. Gary. |

WOW. What a great trip that must be bein out on the gulf in your CD22. Big sky and big water and a reef below you full filling up the sonar unit with marks.
When I lived in IL, I used to go down to Gulf Shores, AL and work the off shore reefs and oil platforms in my CD16. Really enjoyed that.
Now I live near Denver, CO and been eyeballing the underwater charts and TX game and fish dept off shore reef listings. I'm chomping at the bit to get out on the Gulf in my CD22 and work those reefs! Got all the gear, just need to put together a crew to go out.
Thanks for your post. Got the juices flowing again.
