Having a hard time finding o ring sizes for the various size covers on our boat. Anyone know the circular covers or ports diameter rings? I can't get at the boat yet so I can't personally measure. I think there may be 2 sizes of circular covers?

Additionally, does anyone have problems using the search function with an I pad? It seems to cut off the additional results beyond 10 or so. Sometimes, the 2nd or 3rd page of results is sized wrong; ie no word wrap and see the complete post. Maybe my machine is just defective.

Thanks
Glenn

Are you taking about the fuel fill, the water fill, the waste disposal etc? Or the access ports in the cockpit steps and and floor?

Your boat is within a couple of numbers of mine, so what I have should be the same as yours. I can put a micrometer on the o rings and also measure the diameter, if I know what you need.

The access ports in the cockpit area. Look to be circular inspection port or covers. Seems I've been able to find the fuel and water and pumpout dimensions in another post. They were old and falling apart.

I have replaced the original in mine with West Marine, which have a different "O" ring setup. What you can/should do, is take a tube of silicone grease with you, and coat the old "o" rings. this will work well enough to get the boat "home" to Mississippi.

I was having trouble finding a supplier myself - my local West Marine had none in stock. Got hooked up with O Rings & Thinks really easy to deal with. https://oringsandthings.com

I have found that the "most common" o-ring size for deck fills is 1.5 inch ID by 1/8 inch. It can be difficult to get the old one off without damaging it, but if you have quick access to a good hardware store (or a couple of days without rain), you can get them locally for about a buck a piece. If you have more time, you can order online and get a lifetime supply for you and your friends for 8 cents each.
