Hello Tomcat 255 owners,
I plan to build a boat port from the tomcat and was wondering if any of you have done the same. If so how high, wide and long did you need to fit the tomcat in it? |

I looked into building one--I would have gone 40 feet long, x 12 feet wide, x 12.5' high. That gives enough room to walk around, and maneuver in. If you go 10' wide, there is not enough room to comfortably walk around the boat. _________________ Bob Austin

Also height can change depending on future upgrades.
Ours would be just under 13.5' tall on the trailer with the addition of the tall radar arch and dome. |

We had to pull our radar dome down to get in the door. |

wow that is a huge trailer!! Thanks everyone for the input. I have a radar on top and I thought that the door has to be about 14 feet high. |

It took the truck driver about twenty minutes to get the boat into the shop. |

i've been thinking about converting my garage into another bedroom and adding on a monster garage for the boat.
My wife thinks i'm crazy... I'm not sure i'd even be able to get the thing inside with how narrow my street is. _________________ Conrad Metzenberg
