Do any of you have picture of the door with the screen? I would love to see what it looks like.

Thank you! I do like it. To bad I have the full glass window or I would go with that idea.

We also find the "as seen on TV" magnet door screens secured with Velcro work great, but prefer the upgraded version with better magnets and better Velcro at $20. Perfect ghetto-chic look when docked by those million dollar boats, esp if you hang out some laundry to dry like we do.

Sheesh, for $1,000 one could buy a very nice battery!
(Sorry Bob, couldn't resist).

Happy upgrading!
3 Endless Breeze fans work better than one.

John

With the full glass door, there are no "window" options--that I know of--but various screens work very well. Our 25 came with two screens, one with magnets and one with a bungee cord around the periphery, which fits over some small posts. We much perferthe Magnet version, with magnets all around the periphery. You just push the screen aside, and then it snaps back into place.

As for the batteries--I'm getting them at a little less--almost as much as a window. Now we are cooking only with induction or microwave, and not needing to run the generator except for Air Conditioning or heating water. We are considering a different water tank set up, which can run off the inverter...AC- could run off the inverter, but then we would need a couple more $1000 batteries, and some way to charge them! In an express cruiser with a 5,000 BTU marine AC unit, I did run it off a couple 4 golf cart battery bank.-but a larger alternator on the inboard.

Got my window delivered and installed. Everything went well except that I probably should have ordered the off white version. When I was measuring, the lighting was bad and since the door is a lighter shade of off white than the interior I was thinking white was the choice. Doesn't look bad and it doesn't bother me but just as an FYI. Advantec was great to deal with.
