Due to health issues - I am forced to sell my 1996 22' Cruiser - Mermaid's Dream

I am her second owner

I purchased her in July of 2013

Unfortunately, I was only able to spend 6 hours on the water with her (due to my health issues)

I have had her and the motor regularly serviced/repaired and have all receipts

Her previous owner/name was Neil Lindeman (deceased)/Snapshot

Please see the attached PDF for the list of equipment

The best way to reach me is via email:
dryan91974@hotmail.com

Thank you,
Dottie Campbell

MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS ABOUT MERMAID’S DREAM
WHAT SHE HAS & DOESN’T HAVE:

HONDA 50HP MOTOR – I don’t know how many hours are on the engine but the work that I have had done on it has made it like new.
The previous owner is deceased and his widow didn't know much about the boat. He did write some notes in the Honda Manual with some hours references that her next owner may be able to use to decipher how many hours he put on the motor.
I do know he was the original owner and only used her in and around St. Michaels, MD.
The waters are fresh to brackish and she has never been in the ocean or the lower part of the Chesapeake Bay where it is saltier.

GAS TANK/S - The original gas tanks were leaking.
On the recommendation of the marina where I’ve had all her service and repairs done – the tans were replaced with a single portable 6-gallon Honda gas tank.
The thought being that with a 50HP motor a larger tank wasn’t necessary unless we put a second motor on or replaced it with a larger one.

*These items came with the boat when I purchased her:
*VHF RADIO & ANTENNA - We have never used the radio as we've only spent 6+/- hours on the water and stayed in our local harbor and river. I do believe it was purchased and installed when the boat was originally equipped.
*Garmin GPSMAP 76Cx – Again, we never used the GPS.

CUSHIONS - There is a cushion (original) for the V berth but the cushions on the dinette benches were ripped when I purchased her. I took them off, scraped and painted the wood white.
I was going to make new cushions for the seats and reupholster the rest of the cushions to match but when I decided to sell her I figured the next owner can have ones made in the fabric of their choosing.
BTW - it was only the actual seat cushions that I took off - the cushions for the backrests are still good. We used them in the V-berth as throw pillows to lean on or against when reading, etc. The snaps for them are still attached and you can still snap them in place in the dinette.

NO VINYL - the only vinyl that came with her was the original privacy curtain which was beyond saving.
The previous owner's wife did make cream colored fabric curtains with tiebacks for the windows and door in the cabin - which I cleaned and have saved.
They were put up with Velcro that I removed when I did a deep clean of the interior - I basically removed everything that I could and scrubbed until the interior was its original color.
When I bought her, I thought the interior was gray - it wasn't - it just hadn't been cleaned for a number of years.

NOTE: Please don't think the previous owner didn't care about the boat - he did - unfortunately as his cancer got worse, he was unable to maintain or enjoy her. It was a difficult decision for his widow to sell her – as it is for me.
