Good Morning

I have a 2006 Cape Cruiser Venture and the movable passenger seat bracket has lost all of the ball bearings so essentially it has broke and I have no idea where to begin repairs. Not sure where to access replacement bracket with intact packed bearings or if there is a better route. I have attached pictures and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.

Trying to figure out to add picture. Maybe this Will work

Post a pic of the seat. Maybe someone will recognize the brand.

That looks to be just a heavy duty drawer slide. Fits flat on the bottom, so there is minimal raise as might be present in side rails. Get the measurements: length, width and height. These come in various dimensions with up to 300# capacity for a single slide. Start some internet research. I could find many--but don't know your dimension.

To post a picture in your thread, you ave to have the pix in your photo album first. Then it is easy to move them to your post.

yes my seat broke also(Hull 3) .Never fixed it I keep it in dining setting almost always . It stays in place with door locking mechanism and its against the front bulkhead going into v-berth . Have not had a problem even in rough seas . Although if the right hardware is found I might look into fixing it properly.

So sorry for the late replies... somehow I got locked out of my account and couldn't get back in so ended up creating a new account....

I really appreciate all the help on this issue and am going to gather more information.

This was the first haul for the 23 venture so I would imagine it was built by Cape Cruiser.

If its not what I am talking about is the sliding mechanism on the bottom of the passenger seat to allow it to slide from facing forward to back.

Thataway- I will take some measurements when I go back down to the Marina. Getting the boat ready to sell and this is one of the last things holding me up.

THanks so much....

PS thanks for posting link on how to put up photos. I will give that a shot.
Thanks much Doug

Do you think this is something a big hardware store would carry or maybe a company like Tacoma Screw? just wondering if I could source it locally or not. I will get measurements here shortly regardless. Thanks again.
