Take a tape measure, go to back of boat, measure from top of transom to bottom of hull. Your tape says 20" Buy motor to fit transom height. When you install the motor bottom of hull should be in line with bottom of cavitation plate on motor. There will be holes / slots on engine bracket for adjustment. A 25" shaft will be 5" too deep for your boat, unless you built a transom adaptor/spacer to raise it up

Glad to see the old High Tide has a new owner after being stolen in August.
Good luck to the new owner.

The holes in the transom fit a 1977 115 Johnson as well as a 1997 Honda 90.
My recollection is a 25" motor shaft but measure it up to be sure.
