I'm going to mount a remote control Golight on the bow rail of a CDMA 25.
Any suggestions would be appreciated .
Pictures would be helpful.
Biggest concern is getting power to the light.
Thanks in advance

I cut a piece of 10 gage 316L stainless to fit, polished it & welded it to the bow rail "V". I ran the wiring from dash up through cabin with a cable clam & zip tied the 10-2 marine uv resistant cable to the back side of the rail. Works great. In hind site I should not have polished the mount, I ended up painting it flat black to get rid of the glare Wink

I mounted and LED light on my Bow Rail. I used and SS u-bolt and built my own mount. I drilled a hole into the rail and another in the hull and threaded the wire through the rail to a switch on my dash. I sealed the hole with silicone. I have put a picture of the light into my album.

I retired my Golight and am now using an 6 LED offroad light. I use a Ram claw mount that can clamp to any of the rails on the boat and just run the wire across the deck and plug it in. I stow it when not needed.

Excellent idea! I have a similar light that is just lying around.

I also have a GoLight on the roof brow, but I hardly ever use it.
