They gave us a short sturgeon opener and all we got so far was one that was not short enough.
Here he is right here.
We tossed him back right after. _________________ TyBoo Mike

I patched the aft video camera to the TV so Lois can watch the poles on the big screen.

Looks great - my wife will be jealous! 12V TV how much does it draw? _________________ "And it is an interesting biological fact that all of us have, in our veins the exact same percentage of salt in our blood that exists in the ocean, and, therefore, we have salt in our blood, in our sweat, in our tears. tv is nice, but wouldn't be easier to just have the folks in the next boat over watch the poles? _________________ Ken

It's a 24" LCD from Costco. It is 120vac and runs off a small inverter that does a few other tasks (knife sharpener, DVD player, cordless vac charging). The TV is only about 65 watts so its easy to power up.
We also have an adapter to plug in the iPhone or iPad to HDMI and unlimited cell data so we can stream movies. With a twenty dollar HD antenna that is a flat pad stuck to the ceiling we get 8 TV channels in our area.
It's cool to have. |
