When sitting down outside on my "enclosed head," somebody would have to board my boat to see what I'm doing. I don't care what they suspect (which they probably wouldn't). I also don't get the hanging plastic bag "privacy shower" thing. It sounds like an icky shower. If I shower in the cockpit while kneeling on something soft (like a flotation cushion), again somebody would have to board the boat to see. I suppose this wouldn't work when in a marina, where I seldom venture, but then there would be facilities ashore.
When at anchor for the day in the CD 16, after a shower I need to sit on the transom with the bilge pump running for a minute to "drain the shower." Not a problem.
We often used to stop mid-day, when the solar shower was warm, out in the middle of some channel for a double shower break. Maybe other places have too much traffic for this plan. I guess I also stay away from those places.

Please have her come to Friday Harbor and casually mention this to my wife.
