Great Tomcat and the location makes for a great first cruise!! I ask this question not out of disrespect, but out of curiosity since I'm in the market. Last tomcat to sell here was a beautifully equipped 2009, for 75k asking. Was that a steal or is the current asking price in line with the market?

Best of luck with the sale!

Hello B-, The main differences between Destiny and C-Roamer are upgraded electronics on C-Roamer. For example, the Navnet 3d 12" chartplotter was almost $5,000 new and the Raymarine chartplotter C-Series was about $1,000 new. This kind of holds true on the other electronics as well. Other than this C-Roamer has lower hours (270 vs less than 500) and has an EZ Loader trailer with upgraded electronic/hydraulic brakes. Comparing these makes the boats pricing more similar.

Also at the location (Skagway), the cost of getting the boat there is much higher. E.g. the original shipping costs result in a higher price in that region than in other parts of the U.S.

That sounds like a record for time of selling a Tom Cat. Congratulations to you, and to the new buyer!
