We want to get our new to us CD up to Les in Cornet Bay for some warranty type work on the Hondas. It would be neat to go up with a day or two to spare and have an impromptu CD GT (C-Dory Get-Together [new code]) at the Deception Pass Marina in Cornet Bay.
Ok then, I asked for and got a vacation day for Friday, November 14. Unless something urgent keeps us at home, we are going to plan on driving up to Cornet Bay that day. The plan would be to stay two nights at the Decpeption Pass Marina. If the weather and the water are kind, we might even do some sea trialing of the new boat.
Anybody who can get away would do much to make the first/last boaterhoming in the new TyBoo for 2003 a whole bunch more of a treat. Let's just see if them Wallas jobs really do work!
We'll figure on pulling the boat out of the Bay on Sunday morning, and leaving it with Les for however long he needs it. Even if that week is bad timing for his shop, there should be someplace to park it until he gets time. Or maybe not - the last time I tried to park a boat there, it was tough finding room among all of Dusty's boats for another one of Dusty's boats.
I'll keep you posted on the plans. About the only thing I can see that might foul things up would be urgent family stuff.
This will be cool.

Cold, your talking about an extended forcast 2 weeks out, they can't even get 2 hours out right most of the time. My guess is sunny and in the high 50's.
We will be there Friday unless there is to much snow on the ground

The TyBoo Crew will be bringing Chili & Beans with Cornbread Muffins to this shindig. That should warm us up.
Mr. Fisherman, Cornet Bay is about 4 1/2 hrs north from you.

Too many durn doctor appointments to contend with. Looks like I miss another one, go figure.
I even have the cozy cabin heater and wanted to give it a test.
Maybe I can talk a few locals into an overnight somewhere?... |

If I did things right there should be a photo of Cornet Bay from my front door right about here...

This one is killing me. We missed the Sequim Bay gathering because of a last minute business situation. Now my boat is at Les's in Cornet Bay, it's all stocked, and has been gone over by the factory and Les. It's all ready to go and I really want to see the new Tyboo. I've never seen another 25 besides my own and I'm really curious about the differences in the original model. However, we're heading to El Salvador to visit our daughter who's working for a project there. We won't be back until the night of the 15th, and will probably have the turistas. So it'll be another near miss. Mike, I'm going to have to come your direction sometime this fall or winter to check out your boat, because I can never seem to connect when you're up this direction.

Fred -
We're pretty much even on the not being sure, because I'm not sure how to do a signup list. Bill gave me a whole bunch of homework, but I haven't been home enough to do it all!
If we were still on the good old, fail safe, full of features MSN, however, we would have a list! _________________ TyBoo Mike

I'll see you folks up there - flying in to Seattle on Thursday, should be up there Friday before noon. Coming solo this time - Dana's sister is coming in to town, and they'll be goofing off down here all weekend.
