Are pix 9 and 10 from the same boat in this album? The port/Stbd position on the handle view seem to be 90 deg apart wile the back hose view seems to be 180 deg apart. My markings have worn off and while I know it's on the Stbd tank now, don't know whether to turn it 90 or 180 degrees CCW to get to the Port tank.

Any help? Thanks, good to be back...

Charlie,
I've looked at your albums and I'm not sure that I see the photos that your are talking about.

It's great to see you back Charlie. To answer your question, I looked at the photo properties and yes, they're from the same boat. Photos taken the same time from the same camera.

Regarding the fuel selector, I see what you mean. That's what I see as well. There was a thread a couple of years ago from someone who said the label was mis-labled. Maybe someone can remember who posted it.

I think these are the pics he was referring to in the Fuel Systems album.

I remember reading at least a couple of threads wherein the selector on some C-Dory's was not correct. It was more than just one or two, so not just a fluke. I went (at that time) and checked mine and it was correct, so apparently it could go either way. So you may not want to go off anyone else's photos for yours.

The picture matches my boat (2002 CD-22) and labeling is correct (after I switched the lines from the two tanks - the factory guys got it backwards).
An explanation for the 180/90 degree dilemma: looking at the lower picture visualize a channel going from the left hand fuel line (at 9 o'clock) and turning 90 degrees to feed the bottom line (at 6 o'clock) to the engine(s); now rotate that channel at its center (90 degree bend)counter clockwise 90 degrees and walla you have a connection between the right hand line (3 o'clock) and the bottom line (flow in the 90 degree channel is in the reverse direction (from the previous setting)but since the ends of the 90 degree channel are reversed from inlet to outlet you still get gas from a tank to the engine(s)). Hopes this helps.

Brent, go to the top of the thread and click on Fuel Systems and look at the pics for Fuel Systems in the CB Tech Library.

Thanks for all the answers all, the rear of the switch is hard for me to access, but I'll do it in the morning!!

I took the fuel line that runs to the engine to the engine off of the and blew air through the fuel valve taking notice of the switch positions and the air coming out of the port or starboard tank to crack the code. Our boat would only pull fuel from one tank from new as the lines were incorrectly installed on the fuel valve.
