As a grandpa who's out to please, what are your thoughts of towing tubes behind my TomCat? No attempts yet, and unsure where to attach the bridle or tow line to the transom. A call to Mike, the new owner and manufacturer of the TomCat was inconclusive- he's not really had inquiries regarding this. Would appreciate any feedback.

Hook the bridle to the two tow rings on the transom. The bridle has to be fairly long, should be floating rope and have a float at the end. I had one with a pulley on the float, so that it would move smoothly across the bridle rope. I have towed kids, and a 12 foot skiff weight about 350 # behind the Tom Cat 255. You do not want them in the rooster tail, and you need to have one person who is watching them at all times. Have fun. _________________ Bob Austin
