I've discovered a new technique that has increased my shrimping efficiency. Turns out it's all in the crew you hire on. I have a new skipper and first mate running things that seem to have an inherent characteristic most suitable for locating shellfish.



They work pretty hard all day long, too. As you can see, by the end of the day they're pretty tuckered out.

My guess is that they would also be excellent at sniffing out schools of salmon.
