1992 C-Dory 16’ Cruiser, 35hp Honda 4 stroke electric start/tilt/trim (<550 hours), and trailer: $11,500.
The hors d’oeuvre, named by my wife, saying it was an excellent snack of a boat, has never been in salt water, was always taken out in the fresh waters of north Texas. Easy to trailer, launch and load, this boat is great for two on a fishing trip when you want to sleep aboard. Night fishing from this boat is pure happiness. There may be no better way to spend a few hours trolling, with or without the downrigger, then finding a cove, and camping on the water. If you like anchoring in the middle of a species of fish that schools and then spend the night on the water, this is THE small boat that works best. Strong enough with an open throttle to skim the kids on inflatables, she was made to have fun. We’ve had her since we ordered her new, and now that the kids are out of the house its time for her to provide her smiles to another. She is for sale as is, with no warranty expressed or implied, but know that this boat is in great shape, and priced to sell quickly. Don’t miss out!
Boat, motor and trailer – also comes with: factory bow rail, electric anchor winch, anchor roller, anchor, manual windshield wipers, Hummingbird depth finder, Honda trim/tach/hour gauges, factory door/curtain, detachable table, detachable folding ladder, detachable downrigger, 2 quick release rod holders, 6 underway rod holders, running lights, marine band radio antenna, CB radio antenna, custom snap on light blocking curtains, bow mattress, 2 swivel seats (all cushions in good shape), 6 gallon tank, 1 year old starting battery, hydrofoil stabilizer on Honda, almost new tires, custom form fitting marine canvas cover, spare propeller. You can see most of this in the photos in my , including the fact that all window gaskets are in good shape. Always stowed under a roof, and therefore never needed bottom paint, she looks terrific, with only a few bumps and scratches from years of service. You can hear and see the motor start and idle at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYG-yXcNiZw
(the engine is far quieter when on the water since the exhaust is below the water line). Bring your cooler and fishing gear when you pick her up - she has everything else, and is ready to put in the water.
Check out the photos in my album (Ol Tex).
