Well I finally got my license number from the Canadian government, therefore I was finally able to add the name and logo to the boat.

You can check out the pictures at my C Brat photo album.

Very nice! BC won't even let you put a name on the boat until you get a registration number? Not so here, but you do need to have numbers on the boat before you use it!

Well I didn't want to go to the graphic artist to put the name on until I could also put on the BC reg number at same time.

Took them close to 3 weeks to get the number to me. Cant do in Victoria any more. Had to send docs to Nova Scotia and wait for a mail return to know the number.

Haha someone on the Seahawks forum wanted the logo facing the correct way. So here is a picture of it facing the correct direction. LOL

The name looks great! My point was that our registration documentation doesn't have a boat name on it, only a number! Laughing

Most of us here (at least I do) get our registration numbers at a local hardware store, not from a graphic artist! You guys North of the border are a lot more picky! Mr. Green Rolling Eyes Wink

The C-Hawk name and logo look really nice - I like the font and the logo is great. I wanted to come up with something like that but found it hard to get something that would "work" being small (since the available space is not large) and/or viewed from a distance. Something detailed but not too "busy." Yours is perfect that way.

Well I've always wanted to be an honorary Canadian. I got my registration numbers from a graphic artist, so now maybe I can be! Laughing They were not very expensive and I like the way they look better than "mailbox numbers." Not that I think the latter look bad on other people's boats -- mostly I just don't trust myself to get them on straight and lined up, whereas with the "graphics" version they come all on one transfer sheet that you can line up as a single unit. That, I can handle Smile

Well here the Canadian Gov gives you a number and says where to show it and the minimum size it must be, but makes no requirement where or how you get it on the boat. So I just waited and got it put on at the same time I put the name on. BTW it is the same color as the name in Seahawks blue.
