Congratulations to everyone! Today I received all your marina deposit checks.
Thank you for your participation. All ten (10) vessels are now formally registered, and there is no one dropping out this year.
Those on the waiting list for this event will now have to consider next year, or join us at Catalina in August. Sorry you could not go.
Our crew for this year is now as follows:
1. John and Robbin - Dinner Belle II
2. Jim and Kath - Pounder
3. Steve, Carmen, and Alex – Dora-Jean
4. John and Laurie - Sea Queen
5. Joel and Susan - SEA3PO
6. David and Donald - Blue Eagle
7. Floyd and Eiko - Far C’r
8. Pedro and Read - C-Casa
9. Roger and PJ - C-Hawk
10. Kent and Marcia - Marcia Jane.
We will have 21 folks along for this Bay and Delta Extravaganza. We are looking forward to seeing everyone. Welcome to Floyd and Eiko, the brave two newcomers!
Best,
Jim and Kath _________________ Jim on M/V Pounder

Just a reminder to every one. Our Delta and Bay Extravaganza is being held one month earlier than all prior years. Please dress accordingly for cooler weather and some possible rain.
Also, when we get to San Francisco, we have been invited to eat dinner at the South Beach Yacht Club on that Saturday night. We can take a head count during the trip to see who wants to go there. This Yacht club is treating our virtual "yacht club" as having reciprical priviliges! |

Hello all, just thought some of our fellow cruisers would want to know that the fuel dock at the Petaluma marina is under repair and will not have gas during our stay. Be sure to plan accordingly, as long as everybody starts out with full tank(s) at Rio Vista it should be no problem. We plan on filling up at Rio vista and Sausalito. YMV
BTW: Laurie and I will be beginning our voyage from our home port (Glen Cove) early Wednesday morning and plan on being in Rio Vista by 1100.
We look forward to seeing veteran Extravaganza cruisers and meeting soon to be veterans! |

This is why there is a limit of 10 boats on this trip-- no more room at the dock.

Any additional comments and photos would be appreciated. How were the water conditions entering the Duck Club, crossing San Pablo Bay and the Golden Gate? Did anyone go outside the gate this year? How was the dinner at South Beach YC? _________________ Capt Jay |

The water was the best it has ever been on this trip for us. With the currents, it is always tricky getting to the Duck Club dock, and the new dock is shorter- so we tied up 3 deep.
It is always a great trip, Jim and Kathy always plan a fun trip.
John and Robin are always great hosts at the Duck Club. |

Dock looks great from the last time I was there. Glad the weather was good. Maybe I can go next year.

This was our 2nd major trip with our C-Dory and our first outing with fellow C-Brats. All the rumors were true, this adventure is a very special one because of the people involved and of course our great choice in boats.
Here is a video of the trip that I put together.

Thanks again to Pounder (Jim & Kathy) for making this trip a reality and to DinnerBelle II (John & Robin) for such a great evening and great food. Eiko and I feel very fortunate in meeting such a great group of individuals on the trip and look forward to more adventures in the future. _________________ Floyd & Eiko

Thank You Floyd and Eiko. Read and I truly enjoyed your company.
I see in you had a Chris-Craft sailboat. Sometime in the late 60"s I had a 27 footer that I think they called the Capitan model. She was designed by Sparkman and Stevens with a bulb keel, a vey nice sailboat...
Lets try to get together sometime in the near future and share a glass of wine...
Cheers
