FYI. I tend to use 3M 5200 in small amounts. So having a whole tube cure after using just a little bit is a big waste. I found that if I use a bit of plastic wrap (or a baggie) over the nozzle (under the cap) and keep it in the refrigerator it will last a long time. Today I used some 5200 from a tube that has been in the fridge for at least 4 months and it was fine.

Put it in the freezer, Saran wrap the whole tube, double on the spout. I was give one door shelf for my sealing compounds by the Admiral.

I screw a sheetrock screw into the spout, and it seals it fine. I used it over and over for months. And it still hasn't dried out.
