Still finishing up repairs from the raccoon damage. Just discovered the little beastie either chewed or clawed the rubber on part of the steering wheel (along with eating the radio mic cord, etc.)
This is what I have (photo doesn't show the damage). Are these standard parts (shaft, etc.)?

My 16 Cruiser came with a silver steering wheel. I purchased a stretch rubber steering wheel cover in black then used standard tennis racket grip tape in black. Wheel feels comfortable and I just think the black looks better. _________________ Stan Major (386) 785-4396

To answer the question, the steering wheel has a standard taper (3/4 inch), which is on most all of the boat wheels. You just need to order the correct diameter wheel that suits you. Look up "destroyer" steering wheel. |
