This video is of our entry into & letting boat settle to the bottom of beautiful Takatz Bay on the ebb tide. It is located on the east side of Baranof Island off Chatham Strait & about 21 miles north of Red Bluff Bay.

J&J, very neat video. Gotta get out there some day. Snowed pretty good here today but overall not too bad a winter so far. October is usually our worst weather month but I dare say it was not much worse than July was albeit a little cooler. _________________ Steve and Colleen Torrence

Thanks Steve & yes the combination of Takatz, Warm Springs & Red Bluff Bay's all fairly close together would make a good run for you guys. So far we've had a wonderful warm late fall here. Maybe we'll see you in one of those places in 2014, which is for now our next planned trip north.

Wow. I'm glad you're planning another trip. Will have to stay tuned in so we can adjust our work schedules for some cruise time. You know the waters around here much better than I do, so I could learn a lot from you. Keep the vids coming as you get them done. I know they are a lot of time and work but they are turning out well. [/list] |
