10/19 - 10/21 - Gulf Coast Gathering 2012

Another one of those truly great memorable C Dory gatherings. We had a great time with old friends and new. What a great bunch of people! Even went for a boat ride.

I threw up about 50 photos on the album for starters....don't blame me--its the camera that doesn't lie (OK photo shop..I do have a couple of segments of video--we need our own u tube!.

The photos really bring it to life - thanks to the folk(s) who posted them. Looks like a neat area, and the food doesn't look too shabby either Very Happy

Thanks, Marc and gang. It was a great gathering. The food was wonderful. The C-Dory stories were interesting and informative. The band was excellent. The weather the best. We can't wait until next year. Good job Marc!

Thanks for everyone coming out this year. It was great to see yall who came last year and to meet new folks. I appreciated all the compliments I received from the jambalaya, my head barely fit through my door at home. hahaha
I'm already looking forward to next year's event and how we can up it even more.

Lets clarify this--Dom was the head chef at dinners, and does a great job!

Nothing like a Louisiana cook who gets it right.

This should not detract from Marc--who is also an excellent cook. Anita told us that Marc does the cooking and she does the cleaning....most of the time.

Thanks again for a wonderful weekend .Wefings (Marc,Anita and crew)Great food and music and thanks again for Birthday Songs . Had a nice ride on my Birthday to Port St. Joe On Bill's c25 . I really do not want to appear stupid, but I am having trouble finding "The Photos" for the recent Gulf Coast Gathering. Maybe it is a senior moment.

To see the photos, go to Forums, then "C Brats Cruises and Gatherings"--click on Photos which is in the header, and that will take you to a series of albums. Then click on Gulf Coast 2012

Bob and Nancy from Ashley Lynn actually put up a duplicate named album in their album. It's a little confusing but there is another 1 called 2012 Gulf Coast gathering in Ashley Lynn's photo gallery.

Let me jump in late (as usual) to add a big Many Thanks from Patty and me for another outstanding gathering. Each year we appreciate what Marc, Anita, and the Wefings gang do even more, and enjoy connecting with old and new C-Dory friends.

Why not put all of the photos in the gatherings album? I had put up some of my photos on the "Thataway" photo site of the Catalina gathering, before there was an official album. Now that there is an official album, I have put photos there.
