Are you a C-brats lurker? Have you been visiting for months without registering?
Are you lonely and insecure?
Are you looking for your 15 minutes of fame?
Well if you answered yes to any of the above questions, it's time to register and become the .....

Looks like #1000 is someone that doesn't want to be found out?
What I want to know is-
What year C-DORY
What size C-DORY
What Model C-DORY
or ---
Do you even own a C-DORY?
Inquiring minds want to know. _________________ Roger

Not owning a boat (YET!), I had been 'lurking'. I am very likely to get a C-Dory in the future (but alas not the near future, as the girls just finished their freshman year in college).
I've found this site extremely helpful, as I plan for 'the day'. Even though I'm not really in the group, I figure it's better to register anyhow than to be a faceless entity.
I have been turning somewhat green with envy at the planned Naked Island gathering... you'll sometimes find me out in PWS with my fishing buddy on his aluminum Grayling.
Anyhow... thanks for all the interesting posts and reading material. _________________ Jeff C

Ok so I'm done lurking after 6 months. Just bought our C dory tonight after a lot of looking reading and studying the site. I have learned a great deal in the last several months by reading and keeping my mouth shut. The Divine Miss C will be coming home to us in the AM. It's a 1984 18 . I didn't even know that that model existed till I saw it today. She is a bit rough around the edges but a little TLC will make a huge difference. _________________ If You're not living on the edge you're taking up too much space! |

Norm-
Welcome aboard! Love your "Divine Miss C" name! As soon as you get her home, take some "before" and later some "after" pictures to post on your album that Mike will set up for you. We'd all love to see what a 1984 CD-18 looks like, both inside and out! Let us know if you have questions! Joe. _________________ Sea Wolf, C-Brat #31

Trick is finding a dummy that doesn't know what they have and getting a nasty looking older one for a song
I'd better stop now. Congrats |

Norm -
Welcome to the pub and nice to have you aboard. We trust you'll share experiences and suggestions with all the rest of us -- there's a pod of C-Dory folk coming up your way this fall and you might have some thoughts to share with them. _________________ El and Bill (former live-aboards)
