an hour to complete a fully informative post filled with pics, links and typos . . .

no feedback forum ?. . okay I get it, maybe the owner doesn't have much time to manage the system . . . that's what trusted moderators are for.

I just want to know why there is a 30 minute forum post edit limit?

Could you just bump mine up to 2 hours or something?

It is there because, a while ago, some former members got in a snit and left the site. In doing so they edited out all of their posts from over a several year period. That childish act led our ever patient site owners to limit edits. Note that the 30 minutes is the time allowed for edits not original posts. The donate link is on the upper left of the home page.
