Yummmmmy!!! We just cooked some Steelhead Trout on our Cobb grill using The Mattson recipe and it was awesome. Our 11 year old daughter thought it was fabulous as well, which is always a bonus. We added roasted potatoes seasoned with rosemary, kosher salt and pepper along with soy glazed snow peas. Quite the feast.

Glad you enjoyed! We love our Cobb too, take it everywhere with us and have made quite a few videos (http://www.youtube.com/flagold) from cooking meats to baking bread with the thing.

All hands: if you're considering a Cobb and have a Magma fish station or any of the many clones, it fits right in it so you have a stable outdoor cooking solution. As for options, I wouldn't purchase any, the Cobb comes with everything needed to cook - if you see something after using it that makes sense, then get it (or make it - I simply use old toaster oven racks for a higher grill surface).

For figuring out baking temps, each coal is worth about 65º of heat.
