The new pottys look so nice I may just have to buy another boat just to get the new john.
Reading earlier posts to this thread I was amazed that some men used the potty for number one. A can and a quick dump overboard works OK. If you want to get fancy buy a urinal at the drug store. It has a handle and a lid. I always had one near the helm. As we men get older --- you know the story. _________________ Pat & Fred Messerly |

I liked the Boeing Dreamliner one. If you sat down on the closed lid to tie your shoes, do you suppose it would shove you out the door?

Charlie, Don't know about that but suggest you do not flush while sitting or you might get the biggest "pump out" of your life.
Adds a whole new dimension to the phrase "Flushed with pride".

Back in the early DD963 days (Spruance Class Destroyer), those new construction ships had a vacu-flush system on them. During one of the open house visits, some hapless lady got stuck on one b/c she flushed sitting down and got "sucked" into place and had to get help getting loose.
If Marty's was TMI, this one has got to be "over the top"!
