Sure thing. I just moved the one you made to the top of the Cruises list and changed the permissions. That was a good idea setting it up that way. Thanks. _________________ TyBoo Mike

"Indefatigable camaradrie." That's a good one.
Pat, I wish I would have come up with that. That really is perfect. I think it should be our yacht club motto.

Robbie, nice job. And don't even worry about that we might be thinking you stacked the deck with tens and nines. We know you really meant to include all of us.

Like Pat said, the first gig where nineteen footers outnumbered all others. Wow, nineteen. Not twenty-two.
I bet numerologists would think about that. |

Three posts and nothing said. I'll say this, though, yesterday was fun with all of you. It poured rain almost all day while we luxuriated in colossal Anita Marie-Land Version. Big thanks to Fred and Robbin for your hospitality, and to Robbie and C-Run before that.
Wasn't that a (relatively) quick and fun fire and buffet last night? I'm glad everyone made it home safely. Robbie, that much wind sounds like a rocky trip. It was from the southwest, no? Would northerly winds be preferable for that run west? How did Mar-T and Luna-C fare? |

Catman, Geez, and to think I taught math! I get it now. Yes, 19's ruled. I sure wish I had a picture of Mar-T and C-Run beating into those southerly swells. We made a splash for sure. We had to run into the wind to Devil's Head, that was a slog. When we turned downwind after Devil's Head, it was much more comfortable and fun. Those boats really love going down hill. After sitting at home for a few hours I was very thankful we left when we did. The winds kicked up to 35 plus and it poured. Mike and his son Mike Jr. had plenty of time to get home before that storm hit.
It was a bummer that it rained, but it gave us a chance to drag dirt into the warm cabins of Luna-C and Anita Marie's "road home" and share stories and close quarter "indefatigable camaraderie." Thanks Janet and Chris, and Fred and Robbin. Your warm hospitality was appreciated greatly. I am sorry the roof is still leaking in C-Run, but that heater is the berries. Thanks to Jim and Laurie for sharing their abode with the homeless, Pat, Patty and Austin. And thanks to Hunter for cooking up all the marshmallows. What a little cutie he is! Thanks also to Cordell who delivered wood, and to Marty for driving all the way from Ollala to share her delicious cookies and soup. Mike and Mike Jr, thanks for the escort.
Thanks to Pat and Patty for the pictures. You did a great job of showing the faces that made the weekend so special. And thanks too for the Snoqualmie.
We missed Susan E, Brave Heart and Liberty Call, but with this weather, understood.

We enjoyed the trip and the company as well. We were impressed with the boatless representation - three of those waiting for 25's. And Brock. (He had no excuse to be baotless - bet Bambina is pissed!)
Might this be the first gathering with more Brats arriving via land rather than water?!? OK , Maria Consuela did make an apperance to even the score. _________________ Janet & Chris without CD22 Luna C

Oh darn, you noticed. So technically, I can't say 19's rule. OK, C-Dorys definitely RULE! Robbi |

Thanks Robi for the today, it was so nice to hear from you I am glad everyone made it home safe. Even though we got wet, bounced around, scared to death, battered and bruised, my son and I had a great time. He said to tell everyone he enjoyed meeting all of you.
Robi I am so glad we did not wait to leave later, as you stated, it only got worse as the day went on. There was no way to retrieve my boat at the Manchester ramp without fear of being crushed by the boat crashing into the trailer. I ended up climbing back aboard and driving on into Port Orchard for the haul-out. "Trips we make today are memories we share tomorrow!"
Hope to see everyone soon down south.
