This boat in EXCELLENT condition, and has been trailered and covered its entire life. 50% fresh/ 50% saltwater use. Owned, operated and maintained by a very meticulous life long sailor. Last CG Inspection states “ VESSEL IN EXCELLENT CONDITION” hand written across paperwork. ( never seen that before. ) Selling due to family relocation, cannot take boat with me.

2 18 Gallon Fuel Tanks were removed and pressure washed one year ago. New Vents and hoses and clamps with cross connect valve also. 2 new HD Deep Cycle marine batteries, installed with isolator switches and fuses and harged by Guest automatic battery charger. 2 Bilge Pumps on auto switches or manual. Danforth Anchor with 200’ Rope and 100‘ 3/8 hot dip Chain. Simpson Lawrence through deck Windlass, with separate 50 amp fuse. Giant Lenco 9 X 12 trim tabs for fast flat running and balancing loads and passengers. Heavy Duty custom swim ladder, set up for scuba divers with HEAVY GEAR.Brand new Porta Potti . Brand new upholstery, new carpeting and new cabinet doors. FRONT BRASS PORTHOLE for ventilation. STAY WARM: Newport Heater and Heavy Duty Chimney and deck cap. ENGINE: VERY ECONOMICAL 2002 Mercury 125 2 Stroke ELPTO and matching String Ray Stab fins. Engine is in factory fresh condition and runs true super solid, with less that 150 hours on her. Includes 2 custom adjustable Pro Pulse props and the original Mercury Prop. This is a two stage engine and is designed to troll and cruise at low speeds without damage to engine. Saves Ga$$$$$$$

EMERGENCY ENGINE ( or trolling ): 1997 Suzuki 15 4 Stroke and matching String Ray Stab fins. Engine is in factory fresh condition and runs perfect, with less that 200 hours on her. (Includes both the original prop and a special ultra low pitch prop from moving a big boat with little engine. This low pitch prop is critical or you will ruin a smaller engine using standard pitch prop to push a big boat. )

( Aux 15 HP engine is installed to be started and steered and controlled from the inside helm station. This is far safer that sitting in the back of the c-dory in the cockpit with a tiller in your hands in a storm or bad seas.)

Both engines cross connected to both fuel tanks for added versatility.

ELECTRONICS:
Interphase Probe scanning fathomer. ( I am a shipwreck hunter, this box finds them.)
2 Pirhanna Fathometers ( one set to measure FORWARD of bow and one set to measure directly under stern/ engine.) Garmin 172 GPS with current Blue Chart chipset for West Coast US. Uniden Solar VHF radio (with DSC and Distress ) to a Shakespeare 5399 HD High gain long range antenna . Uniden MC795 BACK UP VHF radio to a Shakespeare 4200 antenna. Uniden CB Radio to Shakespeare 5207 antenna. Kenwood KDC MP228 AM FM CD SATILITTE w/ remote control to Blaupunkt Speaker to Shakepeare 5120. These are the best antennas available. Navman 2100 Fuelmonitoring system ( Can increase fuel economy with correct trim tab settings and prop pitch) Ritchie Yacht Compass and Precision Navigation Electronic Compass. Blue Seas Digital Voltmeter and Ammeter for monitoring battery charging and charge state. Blue Seas Fuse Panel. Microwave and 110V via inverter.

Please note entire electronic shelf above helm station is hinged in the back and can be dropped down to examine and work all electronics front and back, even while underway. This makes everything so much easier to access.

TRAILER: 1990 EZ Loader Roller Trailer Dual Axle Galvanized in great condition with Brand new tires including a new spare. I added a platform along port side of trailer so that you can launch and recover on any ramp WITHOUT getting your feet wet or slippery.
