Exactly where on a cd25 is the horn physically located? I can't find it. Is there just the one fuse located on panel at the wheel?

Thanks again. Many more where this came from.

P.S. SNAL, Remember, I know where you live.

Probably under the brow, as it is on a lot of them. Very unobtrusive.

Smart A$$ Answer #267

Push the horn button and follow the sound.

Given that he's also asking about the fuse location, my guess would be that when he pushes the button there is no sound....

The horn is under the brow, above the center window. I know this for a fact, 'cause I replaced ours in July. The wiring on the horn looked like lamp cord, and was completely corroded. One screw was all it took to drop the horn and see why it wasn't working.

Hope that helps.

Best wishes,
Jim B.

PS Only 35 dumb questions so far? Are you sure you're really trying? Wink

There are no dumb questions.

When I was in collage, one professor liked that saying, and when someone askeda question that might at first seem obvious, he would reply with the commone,"That's what I call a dumb question- and they are the best kind" and then explain why the question wasn't dumb and plumb the depth behind the "simple" question.

I got what he meant. But there was one student who twice asked "dumb questions" and later took the prof to task for singleing her out.

As someone who has moderated forums for years now, I always welcome the "dumb" question. Because if one person is thinking it, so is somebody else. We're all new at one time or another.
