Hello All,

We received a request, via the Bellingham Gathering, to share a couple videos from our Discovery Coast trip this June. We were able to see and do a lot in the two weeks we had, but I am sure we could spend a lifetime trying to see it all. It is truly spectacular country and we would recommend it to anyone interested.

These particular videos are from the Kildidt Sound area and feature humpback whales and other various sea life. The links are below.

Enjoy,

Amy and Karl on C-Daisy

Amy and Karl, Thanks for sharing those incredible videos. I heard about the close encounter with the whale while at anchor, the video is amazing. Can't imagine what it was like to have been in the boat. The shallow water video is great too. What an experience for the girls.

Thanks!

Robbi

A W E S O M E..... Only better!!

Now, I have to say when watching...and listening to the shallow water shot of the "cookies"..... that Alan Jackson song.... Your Gonna Miss This just had to be playing in the background.

What a wonderful moment in life.

Many thanks for sharing this with us.

Carl and Amy,

Tanks for posting the videos. Sure gives us far-less experienced boaters something to look forward to once we become a whole lot more experienced.

Sorry we did not have the privilege of seeing you guys at the Bellingham CBGT but your absence is totally understood in light of your recent trip.

Hopefully, C-Daisy will once again venture north (a lot closer then this past Discovery Coast trip for sure) for the upcoming September Sequim Bay CBGT as you have in past years.

Take care,
Dan & Tanya Denver

Hi Dan and Tanya,

Nice to hear from you two. The great thing about the C-Brats site is you can draw from the collective experience of the group to find the information you need for what you want to do. We would have been far less likely to take that trip had it not been for the resources available here. So a big Thank You to all the C-Brats.

Weather permitting, C-Daisy and crew will absolutely be heading for the Sequim Bay CBG in Sept. We look forward to seeing you there.

Happy Boating,

Karl
