I waffled around about where to put this 0 and seeing the other PC discussions here - this must be the place.
I've been looking for a reader for the ENC charts and sent a note to Tiki - response I received:

Hi Dave,
Sorry for my late respons.
Unfortunately there are no BSB raster charts for most inland rivers and lakes.
However, in mid May I will release a special TIKI program for Navionics vector charts.
