2007 22 Angler $42,000 Seattle

We are planning a major home remodel and are reluctantly offering our beloved 22 Angler for sale. Hopefully we will be back into another one within 2 or so years. This was supposed to be our last boat! Here are the particulars:

General: 2007 C-Dory 22 Angler. Purchased new from and rigged by EQ Harbor Sales in late Summer 2007. Roberts Gray accent, charcoal tweed upholstery, traditional (non-molded) cabinetry, hard-back bulkhead with full glass door, standard top. Includes all standard factory equipment (opening center window, hydraulic steering, electric wipers, etc.) plus anchor deck pipe and interior grab rails. All receipts, owner's manual, and documentation included.

Engines: Twin Honda BF40's, appx. 45 hours (will confirm this weekend) with full 5 year Honda warranty, dual remote controller, tach/hour/trim meters; 3 battery system with 2 dedicated starting and 1 dedicated house batteries and VSR automated power management system; Racor fuel water separator with spares. Break-in service performed by EQ and flushed regularly with salt-away and flush bag system. All manuals included. Color-matched Permatrims installed.

Electronics: SH Quest DSC VHF with Morad antenna and wired to GPS. Hummingbird 787C GPS chartplotter/sounder with Puget Sound/San Juan Islands chip installed. Ritchie Explorer compass. All manuals included.

Installed rigging and accessories: 2 Scotty 1106 electric downriggers with mounts and power plugs, never used. Custom Sunbrella slant-back cockpit cover canvas. Gray Dri-Dek cockpit and cabin sole flooring. 14# Delta fast-set anchor with roller and 15' chain/150' rope anchor rode, never deployed. Porta-potty unused. Several high-quality line handling/mooring hardware padeyes, cleats, chocks, etc. installed with through-bolting, proper bedding and backer plates. All lines, fenders, mooring gear included. Safety gear (flares, extinguisher, life jackets) included. Flushing bag, motor muffs, self-coiling hose included.

Hull exterior: Mint! Professional epoxy barrier coat (5 coats)/bottom paint(2 coats) completed Spring 2008 by Rojas Fiberglass of Edmonds using high quality coatings and thorough prep. Recently waxed with Collinite's fleet wax.

Trailer: Brand new (less than 50 miles) EZ Loader aluminum/galvanized tandem axle bunk trailer with SS/Galv. disc brakes, oil bath hubs, spare tire, LCD lights, and side guides. Tires still have the little rubber fingers sticking out! Fresh water rinsed after each launch and retreival, 4 total.

Summary: This boat is a real head-turner, the "prettiest gal" in the bay or marina. Better than new with very light use. She's moored in Anacortes for easy sea trials should someone be SERIOUSLY interested.I have right at $50K invested. We will simply not be able to use her next year and could use the money to soften the blow of our home project. If I can't get $42K out of her I will happily keep her.
