Anybody have a trailer for a C-Dory 25 that is NOT a "King" or "EZ loader"? I'm on the East Coast and the Pacific options won't work out here. I'm looking to order a trailer and wanted the model # of something I can get locally. The C-dory is so new to the area that no trailer dealers want to commit to saying theirs will work.
All inputs appreciated. The C-Brats are the best!

Hi New Guy,
When I was considering a 25 I thought I would order a Majic Tilt trailer as they make a model that fits the 25 low between the wheel wells. Magic tilt is out of Florida but I think they have dealers along the east coast. Load rite makes a trailer for 25s which I have seen in use at Cutter Marine (Baltilmore). The Load Rites look fine but the 25 sits above the wheel wells.

Try this website: www.loadmastertrailer.com. They sell a mighty nice trailer. I had great success with S&S Trailer who is a Loadmaster dealer in Norfolk,VA. They delivered the trailer to Cutter for me and were great. Easy to talk to and easy to work with and will bend over backwards to help. I don't have their number at my fingertips now, Embarassed but check out Loadmaster's web site. If they can't give you the number, reply and I will get it for you. Its toll free.

Jeff or Buck:
Tim Egan from EZ-Loader was telling me that they were "working with the C-Dory factory folks" on custom trailer set up for both the 25' and the TomCat. What is your spin on this. By far, the weekest link in my set up is the trailer. My Cat will ride on the trailer as proved when I hauled it to AL from Oak Harbor, WA.... but we are replacing boards now. Tim has some in route. I would really like to have a truly custom trailer for the Cat. I do not like the fear level each time I launch and retrieve the boat to see what the trailer looks like. Thanks!

Thanks for the fast replies!! I'm tracking the above as we speak.
I also had a long talk with the EZ guys and heard the same about custom fitting trailers to the 24' (Tomcat) and 25', but was told there was no production schedule or anything to mark on my calendar.
Gotta like the fact that C-Dory invites the vendors to get it right! Still open to suggestions if anybody has a favorite. Thanks to all!
Michael (LEVITY), did you have the model # handy?

John,
Cannot find my old notes on the magic tilt trailer but the web site is www.magictilt.com. You should be able to get a phone number from the site. I remember that they have a dealer near the Crystal River Fla. C-Dory dealership. One of the members here- Michael on the Clara Mae- has a Magic Tilt for his 25.
