West Marine now.

From all the excitement I've read about I picked one up today, looks like a good price to give it a try.

If you tell them to look at thier online price it will come up at a price of $48.91. I bought two at the lower price. As we speek, I just finished checking 5lb Boston Butt that I put in a little over two hours ago. Man o Man does it look good. A beautiful color. I added some Jack Daniels wood chips and this is going to be good.

I'm not the best to word the explanation but will try.

Put your curser where you want the picture.

1. Click on IMG block that is at the top of Post a reply page that will place [img] where your cursor is located.

2. Then from within another browser window navigate to the picture you want to add.

3. Right click on the picture. This will open a box. At the bottom click Properities. This opens yet another box. Within this box is URL Address:
Highlight this address and copy it.

4. Now go back to your message window and past the address.

5. Click on the IMG block again.

Now go to the preview and see if the picture is there.

It is important to have the picture sized so that it is not too big. If your picture is from the c-brat album they come out the size that was in my post.

Anyway, thats how I did did it. That may not be the best/easiest way to do it but thats what worked for me.

Now if I could juct figure out how they do the hyper link thing I would be happy.... Smile

Roger: Nice explanation!

Chris:

Here are a list of different explanations of how to include photos in posts:

Sometimes one explanation is easier for a particular person to understand than another.

Try the following threads: (If one is unable to give you a full understanding, read some of the others, eventually the Idea will brighten!

As a proud owner of a Big Green Egg grill, I will suggest that you all give lump charcoal a try. Unlike the brickettes, lump charcoal is 100% pure, no fillers or binders, it will improve the quality of your meal. It also lights easier and requires less.

After reading all the rants and raves about the Cobb I bought one for my daughter and her boyfriend who camp a lot. As it sat in the living room for a couple days waiting for me to give it to them I couldn't stand it and stuck a chicken on it with some corn and potatoes in the well. I merely seasoned the chicken with lemon pepper and stuck it in for about 4 hours. Wow these things are great. The meat literally fell off the bone and was nice and moist. Now I gotta go buy another for the daughter.

Roger,

Those pictures are great advertisement for the Cobb grill Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

I just got off the Phone with West Marine in Fort Walton Beach to verify the price (69.88 minus 30% = 48.91) and to make sure they had a grill in stock.

West Marine is holding us one and Nancy is on her way over to pick it up.

Now to find one of those Boston butts!!

OK how are you getting that price? I don't have a West Marine anywhere near me, but would love to get one at that price.

I called and spoke to Joanne (850-244-9000) and told her that someone bought a couple cobb grills at one of the West marine stores in Pensacola for 48.91 (see Roger's post towards the top of this thread).

She looked it up in her computer and said that the clearance price was the $69.88 price and an additional 30% off clearance items. She told me on the phone she would honor that price, so I told her to hold one for me.

I called the wife and had her drive over and pick it up. I just called a few hours ago and I have the grill sitting right next to me....48.91+ tax.

I do not know what price you can get if you are trying to order it online, etc. Maybe you could call the online ordering number and see if they will honor the price I paid (Roger paid) 1-800-BOATING.

Lastly, West Marine website says that they have a store in Indianapolis.

Good luck
