My first real boat. 1970.

Actually, a Catalina 8' -- built by the Catalina sailboat company. They also built the Coronado 15 at the time. My folks had the Catalina dealership in Marina Del Rey in the early 1970s.


 

Ranger 26 -- Angel Island SF Bay, 1986. I loved this boat. Aside from my beloved C-Dory, best boat I ever had.

I too had a Mull designed Ranger 26. My kids wanted to race so I sold the cape dory typhoon to get the Ranger. These boats really sail well. I too loved the boat.
