The 'tall-ships ' gathered off the Va. Beach coast before the 2000 Parade of Sail (OP_SAIL 2000). 
This Pix was taken abt 0510L as we headed out from Lynnhaven Inlet, VA. Beach for USCGAUX Safety Patrol. 
The sight gives a glimps of what the harbors were like in the 1700-1800s.
