This was a fun project (although I'm broke now).  Total cost was $590 Excluding the extra battery.  I chose the Tundra because it was a bit cheaper than Novacool or Isotherm; had a great service network (Dometic); and used the latest Danfoss compressor.

I constructed the drawer fronts from 3/4
I constructed the drawer fronts from 3/4" Ipe and the sides back and bottom from 1/2" Baltec Birch (9 ply exterior glued all hardwood ply from Russia, a great buy).

Space behind the drawers (accessed under the dinette seat) was finished off with the factory Decraguard (nice place to store a Honda generator that I can't afford (hope Helen doesn't see this). Project cost was about $75 (including drawer materials,guides, and Decraguard from C-Dory factory).
