Original 6mm sealing bolt from engine (top). My fabbed vacuum fitting from a 6mm coupler, 6mm bolt cut off with an added nut. Used epoxy on the threads to seal.

Flywheel aligned to its mark (which results in the cam sprockets off by 1 notch -- next picture).

This shows the alignment of the cam sprockets when the flywheel shaft notch is aligned with its "visible" mark with the flywheel "in place" -- makes a difference.

Compressing the piston for new pads.

Big difference between inside and outside pad wear. I honed down the slider pin and lubed well to equalize the wear (hopefully).

New brakes, old rotor. Next changeout I'll replace rotors with SS (Pacific Trailer at the time did NOT recommend SS rotors -- too many warped).
