 Broken Window Replacement

Then a top plastic piece has to come out.  The came out easy.  Getting them set back in properly took a long time until suddenly, for no reason, they popped in to place.

With the top plastic piece out, the bottom of the glass can come out.  I removed top and bottom plastic runner, as well as the fuzzy weather stripping, to clean and polish.

I also had to remove the slide handle off of the good piece.  I
I also had to remove the slide handle off of the good piece. I "shocked" it off using the plastic wood and hammer. I reattached with epoxy thickened with cabosil (because that is what I had handy).

They "click" in to place when everything is lined up properly. The little tempered glass replacement was about $100 and took a couple of days. The glass shop in Seattle had to send it out to get the right thickness of tempered glass cut with rounded corners.
