What the Goodyear endurance tire looks like after loosing air & run on for 10 miles +

No noise or other indication when tire lost air. Didn’t notice it until preparing to launch at Powell. Only one previous flat tire in 80,000 miles & then this after about 6000 miles on the Endurance tires. Gradual air loss most likely cause. Will be now purchasing low air indicators.
