Note the rag on the helm steering pump. After replacing the seal twice, it still leaked. I ended up installing a new helm pump.

Throttles and ignition have to move forward 6 inches, need to drop the chair base about 6 inches and 2 more inches clearance aft of the chair.

Found some dead ended wires and removed them all, got a handle on all the other wire functions.

I'll mount the throttles on this extension.

Throttles moved forward now.

Thankfully I had enough throttle cable and wires to move it forward.

This will be the new chair base.

I left room between the outboard bulkhead and the chair base for wires.
