I used simple thin wall PVC for ducts.  One exits here.  The other moves cold air forward to the V-berth.

Unit is extended out for use. Return air enters through louvers in plenum wall, cycles through heat exchanger, and exits through the duct work. (Louvers, backordered, had not yet been installed when this pic was taken.  They would be in the lower wall, midship.)

The unit is retracted when not in use.  In the Fall, it's easily lifted out and stored in the garage, leaving this space for storage.

Works in progress here.  Due to the tight space, the 15 gallon flex tank only holds about 10 gallons.  I later extended the filler tube and moved the tank under the port, forward seat.

After adding the AC unit to the boat, I added this generator mount/
After adding the AC unit to the boat, I added this generator mount/"bridge". In winter, when the AC and gen are in storage (Solar panels handle everything else.), I use this as an easy way to stern depart the boat.
