All of the electrical wiring just hangs loose on the back of the helm, which is in the V berth on the 16.  I've still got a few more modifications (like a negative buss bar) and then I need to cover it up.

This is my new electrical cover. It is two pieces of 10" Azek plastic trim glued together. Cheaper than Starboard. Hold screws better than SB. Glues better than SB. Floats better than SB. I prefer adding things that float to a boat.

Storage is an issue, so I used the rest of the Azek board to make a storage cubby in the V berth.  The little cubby next to the helm is dedicated for a first aid kit and ditch bag.

Because of the angle, it doesn't really effect the amount of usable space in the V berth and adds a lot of room for a week's worth of clothing, etc.
